Brewology is a crazy event where local breweries, cideries, and wineries all come, share their stuff obviously, but also give little presentations about their products and the science connected to it. I picture watching “Bill Nye the Science Guy” live with a drink in your hand, but I’ve never been.

We’re going to add some science to our table, I’m a bit nervous about giving an entire presentation, so we passed this year, but we’ll make the best poster we can and make you feel smart as you drink our ciders. We’re all set to bring:

Afternoon Royale - apple forward, with lots of floral and caramel notes

Pretty Berry - sassy tart berries with layers of hibiscus and light rose

Sunny Jackfruit - juicy and tropical

Have some drinks, be entertained, and roam the museum child-free.
