Rooted in Progress

With nearly 15 years experience making cider at home (it’s really dialed in), we decided it was time to test our skills in larger quantities, with bigger equipment, and in a facility.

We’ve just finished our first year with Republic of Cider’s Craft Beverage Incubator Program. It was a very encouraging year and we learned a lot. We made 45 kegs of cider, 6 different flavors, and participated in 17 events. We’re kind of on a roll, so we’re continuing our growth this year and attending more festivals as we navigate the fundraising process. Come to an event and give us a try!
